Powers: They are able to stretch their limbs a seemingly infinite amount. They can summon and manipulate any rubber object at will. The size/quantity of this object varies depending on level of concentration. The more concentrated the better.

Weapons: Fists and/or rubber objects. The object most commonly summoned for battle is a massive rubber mallet.

Other Things: - They are like an anti-hero type where they don't really pick one side. They do freelance jobs by both heroes and villains. These could range from as simple as cleaning a store to as impossible as defending a planet.
