THOUGHTFUL BRAVE

Grander was once neutral on whatever happens above the ground until he heard reports of earthquakes and a terrible new plague that befallen those that live underground in The Depths. Grander believes the reemergence of the resurrected ancient beast that stole his arm and his favorite boomerang is the one causing the madness. He's been traversing the underground catacombs in the hopes of killing it.

While he doesn't like surface dwellers in The Depths that he calls home, he is a least willing enough not to let them drown or die to a Frox.

"I'll kill that beast for what it's done!"

Grander has lived the majority of his life underground in the catacombs of Hyrule. When he was a kid, he used to sneak up to the surface before sunrise and before sun would set to experience the strange world that the surface dwellers call home. 

At one point he even befriended a strange creature called a Hylian. Young like he was, but not a monster. He never forgot about the times they shared with each other.

But one day, a nasty group of Hylians discovered their tunnel and were harming his people severely. In the end, it had forced his tribe to collapse the closest tunnel to the surface to prevent the cruel Hylians from killing any of the Goriya.

While he looked for months, there were no tunnels he could find that were close enough to reach his old childhood friend, eventually making Grander despise that he ever met a Hylian.

Although on the outside he became a bitter man to those who pushed him too hard, inside he was but a sad soul longing to find closure. 

• Mostly uses his spear as walking stick, but he sometimes uses for long range attacks if he deems you as a hostile threat. It's actually more lightweight then it appears to be

• Can't see very well in board daylight, but force to be reckoned with at night due to his amazing night vision due to living the majority of his life underground

• Can speak fluently in the language of monsters and surface dwellers

•  Always has a craving for sweets, but the undergrounds don't have such things like they did in the old days

• Can howl like a Grasshopper Mouse, but is embarrassed when doing in around strangers due to being babied by those who think it sounds cute.
