The star struck. Cosmo is a curious, excitable young watercat with a love for space and adventure. He's currently studying to be an astronomer. He's got a magnetic personality that draws others in, and is capable of holding the center of attention in a room intentionally or not. He's friendly and approachable, easy to get along with, but can be overbearing at times and annoying at others. Even despite this, he tends to gain a crowd of admirers wherever he goes, though he doesn't usually notice.

When he's not out being the undisputed life of the party, Cosmo is actually very dedicated to his studies, and among the top of his class. It's not uncommon to find him locked away and glued to his books during busy weeks, or out and about in the fields with his telescope and notebook.
