Please note, this whole page is still a wip.

Adopts tos:
Yes I know I don't do many adopts but I may as well have this.

- Please do not delete any adopts I created. If you're going to use it offsite, please at least keep its profile here - I like to be able to keep track of them.

- Don't claim my designs as your own.

- You may redesign adopts however you see fit, just do not edit my original drawing.

- Do not give/sell/trade any of my designs to anyone on my blacklist.

- Do not sell one of my designs for more than it was bought for, unless additional art has been added.

- Do not use my designs for NFTs.

- Do not use my art commercially. If you own one of my designs, you can use the design I created commercially, just not the art I specifically made of them.

- Do not use my designs for hate speech/hate art/etc.

Commissions tos:
While my commissions are not currently open, I may open them in the future, so...

- I have the right to refuse or cancel any commission.

-The client may cancel a commission at any time.

- Payment must be made after the initial sketch is approved by the client.

- Upon cancellation, the client will receive a partial refund based on how complete the image is. 75% for sketch, 50% for flat colors, 25% for shaded/final touches. The client will not receive files of the commission.

- No requesting NSFW art - requesting this probably won't get you blacklisted or anything, just please... don't request it.

- Customers can ask for progress pictures.

- I have the right to upload any commissions I draw to my social medias, including but not limited to Deviantart, unless requested otherwise by the client beforehand.

- As with my designs, please do not use my art for NFTs.

- Do not claim my art as your own.

- Do not use my art commercially. (This can be discussed, if needed.)

Do Not Interact:

- If you are racist/homophobic/transphobic/etc

- You are a pedophile/zoophile/etc

Blacklist:

mushrroomguts - Blocked me for something that I don't even recall doing- claimed I was promoting my own art somewhere when I don't even do commissions so why would I be promoting art?? Then I tried to reach out to the only account I could find that was related to figure out what was going on and got attacked without the chance to defend myself

squakysquook - Being said related account! I feel like not allowing someone the chance to defend themselves is worse "social skills" than reaching out for clarification :)

Legit if the "harassing" you're talking about was like- me having won a raffle of yours and then later asking when I'd get the prize, then 1. You shouldn't host raffles if you don't intend to complete the prize and 2. If you had said "I'm sorry but I won't be able to do it" I would have dropped it, said have a nice day, and said nothing else about it. If the harassing you're talking about was on a raffle someone else was doing, then I have absolutely no clue what you're talking about. Anywho, if you're reading this, thanks for not letting me even respond to your reply :)

Guys legit the only thing I can think of that I did that might have been seen as harassing was giving a reminder about a raffle ;-; Idk about you guys but I can be extremely forgetful and could use a reminder at times - I just wanted to be helpful I don't see why it led to a bunch of people blocking me ;-;
