❄️ DESIGN TOS . 7/16/2022

Note: All the positive reactions and support shown to me has been dearly appreciated and I thank you all so much for the interest in my designs, it really means so much to me and motivates me to continue creating them and improving <3

Failure to follow these terms may result in being blacklisted from owning designs by me, it is your responsibility to be aware of them and if you have any questions, feel free to message me. ^^

✒ Please credit all designs and any art to frostybirdy here on TH. I am not strict about credit when showcasing the design or my art in any kind of media and et cetera, but I do appreciate trying to include it when you can!

✒ Currency wise, I accept USD via PayPal though sometimes I may accept DA points if indicated.

✒ If offering/purchasing an adopt with currency, I may accept holds. Holds of up to a week or a month for higher priced adopts are more likely to be accepted.

✒ I retain the rights to all works created by myself and intellectual property. This includes posting said designs/artworks on social media and adding them to my portfolio.

✒ I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason; such as suspicious accounts, accounts with no ties to the art/adopt community, have PSAs regarding them, etc.

✒ If retracting an offer on an adopt, please notify me rather than deleting your comment.

✒ If you're offering art, please try to complete it within a reasonable amount of time (1-2 months). I'm very patient with payment so long as you can provide updates and fulfill them.

✒ Making edits to my designs is allowed as long as they still resemble the original; accessories are exempt.
Note: I recommend keeping a copy of the original image somewhere if ever needed or simply for record!

• You may apply these edits directly onto the reference/art or message me if you wish for the the edits to be done by myself.
• Permission to redesign beyond resemblance may be inquired, please PM me.

✒ Do not delete the TH profile for a design from me. If you no longer wish to keep the character nor rehome them, you may return them to me; I may be able to provide some sort of payback in return if desired, though it isn't guaranteed.

✒ Once you own the design, they're yours to use for personal use; such as roleplay, to write about, commission art for and whatever you wish. However, if desiring commercial use, please reach out to me and we can work something out—charges may apply.

✒ Feel free to create closed species/open species versions of my designs or alternate versions (though with credit to original included). You're also welcome to void any of my CS/OS designs, no need to ask about that either!

✒ You may resell my designs for the value you purchased plus any value from additional commissioned/personal art. Please be fair about personal art worth, however.

✒ Free or gifted designs may not be resold unless they have additional art adding to their value.

✒ I allow co-ownership of up to two users per one design, though I will not be responsible for any potential issues between owners.

✒ My designs are not to be used for any hate speech or illegal content.

Note: I have an art and progress queue now available to view for tracking the status of all ongoing orders awaiting completion and their progress. That aside, I dearly appreciate all the support and interest I have and continue to receive for my art, it means the world to me and motivates me more than anything. Failure to follow these terms may result in being declined future business with me, it is your responsibility to be aware of them and if you have any questions, feel free to message me. ^^

✒ Since I am currently a full time college student and depending on my workload and motivation for the piece, my turn around time is one week at the soonest and a month or two at the longest. However, larger/more time consuming orders may be subject to longer turn arounds than the latter. For an additional fee appropriate for the commission type, you may request a speedy commission/priority if necessary.

✒ Currency wise, I accept USD via PayPal though sometimes I may accept DA points if indicated.

✒ Though unlikely, I reserve the right to refuse any commission. This may apply to any commission I'm uncomfortable with or feel is far beyond my capability.

✒ I will not start the commission until full payment is sent. Full refund may be requested if I haven't yet started on the commission or sometime prior to sketch approval. Unless there is an emergency at some point, I can refund with an amount depending on how far along I am.

✒ Making small edits to my art is allowed, such as adding accessories and recoloring some features. You may apply these edits directly onto the artwork or message me if you wish for the the edits to be done by myself.

✒ All artworks by me are for personal use. If desiring commercial use, please reach out to me and we can work something out—higher charges will apply. 

✒You may not claim my art as your own; I retain the rights to all artworks created by myself. This includes posting said art on social media and adding it to my portfolio. However, private commissions may be requested, though for an additional fee.

✒ Whenever reposting my art in chats/personal spaces, never delete or hide my credits. Though more encouraged, including a link back to any of my socials is always much appreciated when showing my work!
