LORE OVERVIEW

• Cats are chosen to deliver the prey sacrifices to the wolf. It's common for the chosen cat to come back with a casualty or not return, but this task needs to be done to keep the wolves off the territory (a deal between the pack and cat group).  Sol and Fir have a parent that died delivering the prey. A young cat is chosen to deliver prey. Sol disagrees with this decision and speaks out against it. He convinces the leader of the group to choose someone else instead, so Sol steps up. Fir is scared to lose another family member. When Sol goes to deliver the prey, Fir shows up to save him from the wolves. Fir dies in the process but ultimately gets the wolves to move (thus one wolf moving closer to where the clans are and go on a killing spree). Sol feels guilty. Sol leaves the group and wanders. He gets lost in the tunnels after hearing the rumors about Hollymoon.
