✦ DESIGNS TOS ✦

✦ General

3.1 || You are subject to these rules regardless of whom you got my designs from, as long as you currently have one in your possession.
3.2 || Do not upsell designs you have traded for or purchased.
3.4 || Do not sell designs of mine that you have obtained for free UNLESS they have additional artwork
3.5 || You may not claim my designs as your own. Please keep my credit on Toyhouse profiles
3.7 || You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit my art- There is little to no exceptions to this
3.8 || You are not permitted to take inspiration, colorpick or make a carbon copy/rip-off of my designs. That will result in a Blacklist.
3.9 || You can change the species of/overhaul any of my designs without permission! You must continue to credit me though as original designer.
3.10 || You may Co-Own my designs. But you may not come to me if there is any issues between you or the co-owners(s). It is not my responsibility.
3.12 || I ask that you please do not void my designs, if for some reason they don't sell or you don't want them anymore- You are welcome to shoot them back to me.
3.13 || You may not use my designs as a means to promote or facilitate xenophobia, racism, disturbing fetish art, or any paraphyllia. I have the right to blacklist you if what you use my designs for anything that makes me uncomfortable and promotes harm.

✦ Offers || Bids || Payment Plans

4.1 || I hold the right to back out of or decline an offer for any reason
4.2 || You, the Client, may back out of the offer for any reason. However, doing so to a very frequent amount can result in a Greylisting or Ban from offers
4.3 || If you constantly back out of or rescind your bid on Bid adoptables, you will be banned from future bids
4.4 || Please have what you bid ready to be paid within 24hrs, unless the bid specifically states that it allows that of payment plans
4.5 || All Payment must be USD, through Paypal or Cashapp, Within 24hrs of an offer being accepted unless otherwise discussed.
4.6 || I do not typically take holds from customers I have not worked with before
4.7 || Any Payment plans will require 25% put down, Upfront. This goes for Autobuys, Bids and Offers alike, this downpayment and following payments are NONREFUNDABLE

Everyone who has a name like this, I do not plan on removing, those with a name like this, may reach out and talk it out

✦ GREYLIST ✦

✦ These people can receive more of my designs, but I will not engage in direct business with them.
✦ I will not do commissions for them, directly or if gifted/paid for by someone else.
✦ They can also not get my stuff directly through events, games, or trades.
✦ This applies to designs too, you cannot buy a design for them on their behalf.
✦ They may only obtain my designs through second-hand trade.
✦ I will automatically pass on TBDs they have to the next owner, but I will not break them entirely unless requested otherwise.
✦ Any person who trades a design to them must have owned the character for at least 3 weeks.
✦ Typically if someone is on this list, it is not because I have special grievances with them. It is because I simply am uncomfortable doing direct business with them.

Rules regarding gifting commissions on the behalf of those listed apply, as well as:
✦ These people can not obtain any of my designs. Redesigns included.
✦ This does not include characters I rerefed or made very minor changes to. Ask if you're uncertain.
✦ I will automatically break any TBDs to them without consulting them.
✦ These people may NOT use any of my bases, please promptly stop using any and all bases of mine you have
