02 — Personality
IN THE 90S
REWRITING THIS SOON!
Look out world, here comes Bruce! An energetic, spunky, 20-something-year-old mutt is he, tearing into the world of rock'n'roll with his pride and joy, his new hard rock/hair metal band, Tooth and Nail! He puts on an exciting stage performance, and his vibrant energy is infectious; not to mention his powerful voice, reminiscent of many hard rock legends of the decades before, will blow you away!
When he isn't in the studio, playing gigs, or writing music, you'll either find him getting up to mischief with his bandmates or hogging the bar at the local club where his band plays often. His heavy drinking habits make him hard to work with, but if you ask him about it, he claims its an essential part of the lifestyle! (He also seems to have a thing for the bartender...)
Overall, he's a daring fellow--a real cock-of-the-walk. He's quite open about his trans status, and gets a lot of flack for it, but he is determined to serve as an inspiration to others like himself, and has a great group of friends to back him up. He'll prove he can rock harder than anyone on that stage--it doesn't matter who you are, so long as you got the spirit!
IN THE PRESENT
Who knows what the present holds... but by this time I'd like to say Bruce has rocked his pants off, and long since put the rock'n'roll lifestyle aside to focus on settling down. By this point (I hope, at least) he's sobered up, wised up a little, and lives on a quaint little farm with his now-husband, Clyde.
Together they live a more peaceful life, helping each other to recover from the wounds of their wild, crazy, rockin' days. He's still a rocker at heart, though; don't think for one second that he's gone soft! His joints may pop with every leap, and he might not quite reach the high notes like he used to, but he'll still take any chance he can to put on a show!

The only instrument Bruce can play (well) is the piano! His parents forced him to take lessons as a child and he hated it. But now he treasures this skill, as he can't seem to take to anything else. He often plays keyboard for their songs, especially in intros. (Think, like many of the songs in Van Halen's 5150.)

Bruce was born and raised in America; but his father is from England, and his mother from Japan.

05 — Relationships
BFFs
The closest of pals, the bestest of buddies, the... friendliest of friends, Bruce and Jasmine have a relationship like no other, and confide in each other things they would never tell anyone else.
They have their own little love language revolving around making incomprehensible noises, bullying, playing pranks, and picking on each other for the smallest things. That's what friends are for! They know when things get serious and are there for each other whenever they need it.
Friends
Bruce and Jeremy are pals! They have a good relationship, despite Jeremy not talking often. He makes a great drinking buddy!
Whenever Bruce needs a break from the volume and energy of the hard rock scene, he finds Jeremy is more than happy to show him all his favorite prog albums. Then he remembers again why he loves rock and roll!
In all seriousness, he truly admires Jeremy's skill on the guitar and how he adapts to different styles of playing so easily. Something about guitar players sets them aside from regular people.
Probably the drugs.
Friends
Bruce and Eddie are buddies! They don't really click or share many interests, but Bruce enjoys having him around anyway. He's quite envious of his talents on bass guitar and seemingly any other instrument he touches.
Eddie is no party-goer, drinker, hell, he doesn't even swear--Bruce struggles to find any common ground with him. But Jasmine seems to be really attached to him, and he does truly enjoy his presence and help in the band, so he runs with that.
Close Friends(?)
Clyde is Bruce's favorite bartender in the whole world! Funny, patient, handsome... Bruce admires him in every way. Whether Clyde reciprocates, er... Bruce doesn't know how to ask. But the two love to spend time together whenever possible.
Bruce doesn't seem to have a lot of common ground with Clyde either, but they click in such a way that it doesn't seem to matter.
Acquaintances
Rocky is the band's manager--the only one that's tolerated them this long. Bruce doesn't know him well or really even like his personality, but he can do everything Bruce doesn't know shit about, and get the band on the path to stardom, and he admires that.
He DOESN'T admire this guy trying to get them to drift away from what they like to play, and leave behind their purpose for starting the band in the first place... but he's all they got.
Lovers(?)
The two meet during a tense period, when Bruce isn't even with his friends. The band doesn't know of her... but Bruce seems to know her real well. On the surface they become lovers, connected by their shared transgender experience. But underneath the skin, she's just another fling.
In bed and whenever they're out in public they're like a perfect pairing, and get along nicely. But Bruce has a temper, and doesn't take being told he's wrong lightly; Lindsey is not so hot-tempered, but persistent and snide. If only Bruce would listen...
They'd make better friends than partners.
