Old design is not accurate; just gives you a better sense of his vibe (plus the iron jewelry if you want to see it). He is plantigrade and his black markings are shorter.

NOTES

- No paw pads (rabbit)
- Four fingers (incl. thumb)
- 50/50 on whether he wears clothes (legal in-universe but recently so)
- Short, even for a rabbit, with thin shoulders and wide hips for a man (is he trans? IDK. It doesn't fit in canon but I kind of want him to be. So you can do whatever. It's up to interpretation.)
- All skin is the same color (in case you were wondering about his tongue or inner ear or nose)
- Pseudo-historical; 1890s, 1920s, and 1940s are largest nameable influences. Detailed info below, not necessary to read.
- Technology: Telephones are 1920s style and it's not rare to have a house phone but also not weird to not have one. Automobiles are 1910s style mostly. Radios and radio shows/music broadcasts exist, and are fairly short-range (usually covering a city or less). Television sets are rare, as are television broadcasts, however theaters and films exist.
- Fashion: An amalgamation of many things, but here's your basics: in both mens' and womens' fashion: shirts have rounded standing collars through wing collars, ruffles down the front, and wide forearms (womens' sleeves reach their thickest point halfway down the forearm; mens' often are much closer to the wrist). Womens' sleeves have small shoulder puffs, mens' are very sharp-shouldered. Jacket sleeves are usually looser for the entire length, and extend past the wrist. Ties are not necessary, but when present are usually string ties, bolo ties, or lace jabots. Glasses are round more often circular than ovaloid, with wire frames either encircling or on the bottom only, with no arms and the bridge being a separate piece (pince-nez style). For lop ears, there exists "crown style" eyeglasses, with a wire that encircles the head and is supported by the base of the ears. Men's fashion: Waistcoats are common with jackets, but considered necessary without. Jackets have large lapels and are shaped like peaked lapels but inverted. They are typically straight-cut on the bottom, as opposed to having tails. Both jackets and waistcoats are typically single-breasted; double-breasted is seen as either stuffy (or occasionally utilitarian). Overcoats can be double-breasted. Pants are high-waisted, large and loose (1920s or even 1970s-esque). Hats are common but aren't considered necessary, especially for men, and especially for those with upright ears. Some hat styles for lop ears: fedora, boater (in warm weather), top hat (more formal), derby hat, flat-cap (informal). For upright ears: thin sailor hats (informal), top hats (formal, over ears). For women: Two main styles of jacket: 1. open in the front, either buttoning at the bottom or not at all. For cold weather, a shoulder cape can be added. Bicycle/riding jackets are also common (though seen as "tomboyish" in formal situations), with the length coming down to the hips, and the lapels (like mens') are wide with inverted peaks. Single-breasted is more fashionable, double-breasted is more utilitarian. Women typically wear dresses and skirts, though for sporting outfits pants are also acceptable (especially with youth), and are even wider and looser than mens' pants. Skirt waistlines are typically at the hips, and are expected to come no higher than mid-shins (higher is seen as whoreish). Skirts often have extra layers at the bottom. Hats are very common but aren't considered totally necessary, and especially for those with upright ears. Hat style for lop ears: circular, short top, mid through wide brims, fairly flat (not floppy). For upright ears: much smaller hats that tie around one ear that are small in the back and larger in the front and don't really have a brim/crown definition. They're barely hats rather than fascinators. For both styles, decorations such as feathers, ribbons, lace, or bows are expected, but minimal. Too much is seen as "old." More is allowed on the small upright-style hats (usually there is extra ribbon or birdcage lace around the brim).
- Hair: Both men and women can have or not have human-like hair. If you don't have it you don't have it so no style rules there. For both men and women, short hair is in fashion, though medium length hair is acceptable if it's tied. Long hair is seen as old for women and just unkempt for men. Bangs are parted and brushed away from the face, though not necessarily slicked down. For men: parts should be on the side (middle parts are seen as "old" or "country bumpkin"). Both up and back and down and back are acceptable. Side pieces should not be curled forward; that is a feminine style. Men with hair are expected to grow beards and/or mustaches (once old enough). Mustaches on their own are more common with youth, and are seen as slightly less proper but more attractive. For women: Side or center parts are acceptable. Hair brushed down and back is good, but brushed up and back is seen as risque, though more acceptable for young girls. Side pieces are typically curled forward toward the face; lacking these is seen as masculine, or utilitarian (aka still masculine). Hair pulled back into a bun is seen as matronly, but is acceptable (lacking curled side pieces acceptable with this style).
- Colors: Popular colors (besides the almost always acceptable black and white): Yellow-leaning medium brown, fire brick red, gold/amber yellow, tussock/flax, teal, sapphire blue, and mid-tone gray. This goes for both fashion and decorating.

- Fulton's style deviations: never does up his waistcoat, otherwise pretty good. Recently legal to be nude but not exactly socially acceptable yet. That doesn't stop him though.

Wrote out basically his whole story so far. hooray for making this page a million miles long!

First off, a note about the world/story - it's pseudo-historical and everyone is rabbits and hares. Pseudo-historical because it's not Earth so it doesn't perfectly match Earth history, but it's largely inspired by 1890s, 1920s, and a little 1940s. OK character time. First thing you need to know about him is that he's a fucked up little freak. His full name is Edmond Fulton; he goes by his last name. He's a rabbit. He's 5'2'' (short, even for a rabbit) and has hips for days. He's got one eye and one arm and demon powers. He doesn't like wearing clothes, which is technically legal (again, rabbit. there's fur covering stuff), but only recently legal, and not socially acceptable. He's SUPER into the occult (like that's 90% of his personality; studying it is his life's work). Other people are kind of an afterthought to him (he's kinda selfish and manipulative, also overconfident, and believes he has the ideal male body (you may not like it but this is what peak performance looks like)). Story starts before he loses his eye and arm. He's in university, and first thing he does after getting there is join a cult (in the occult demon summoning sense not the pyramid scheme under the guise of religion sense). He's into the occult partly because he's selfish and power-hungry but mostly because he can. (Also maybe to magically trans his gender?? IDK it's unclear. This is a new idea that I haven't decided if I'm using or not because I *did* want him to have tboy swag but relegated him being canon trans to the modern AU only, because it didn't make sense in the historical context, but with him transitioning magically I wouldn't need to worry about historical medical transition nor the social dynamics because the magic could just make everyone think he was always a boy. Anyway). He went "demon magic possibly real? aight gonna dedicate my life to studying and hopefully using it." Spoiler alert he gets possessed by a demon. Anyway the second thing he does at uni is fall madly in love with this super sexy but super weird time-period-equivalent-of-goth girl named Joan. Her family is rich enough to send even their daughters to university and allow her to study whatever she wants (which is entomology! She's into bugs. Especially the weird creepy freaky ones.) Fulton's super weird around her because he's weird all the time and doesn't know how to behave but she's into weird so it works out. Because he's such a weirdo and a loner (and also he's naked half the time) he doesn't really have any friends unless you count the cult (they don't) or his roommate Aleksi (they get along but aren't close). After a year or so him and Joan officially start dating. And he kind of introduces her to the cult I think? And they decide she's the perfect sacrifice for their demon summoning ritual because she's also a loner weirdo with few friends and also they hate weird women (diversity lose umu). And Fulton's kind of a dumbass so he doesn't realize what's up until like. day-of the sacrificial ritual. And he's understandably like "wait WTF why are you sacrificing my girlfriend" and tries to stop them, but there's like. way more of them and some of them are pretty strong so they just tie him up and decide to sacrifice him too (his leg and hand scars are from this btw). Well. No-one knows if the ritual was wrong from the start or if it got messed up in the scuffle or they carved the wrong symbols onto Fulton or what, but something goes wrong, and instead of the demon taking Fulton and Joan as sacrifices and being bound to the cult, it approaches Fulton first who makes a deal to let it possess him and use his body to kill the cultists in exchange for. Well they're kinda on the same page. He wants to kill the cultists to save himself and Joan and the demon wants blood so. Everyone wins (except the cult ofc). The fight doesn't go ideally; it's not a very strong demon to begin with and it also needs a blood sacrifice *before* it can really do anything, so Fulton ends up losing his right eye. And then some of the cultists get away, so the demon doesn't feel like it got enough. So after it un-possesses Fulton it attacks him, but it is still a kind of weak demon and needs to have a vessel to channel all its power properly, so instead of like. ripping him in half instantly it's just kind of crawling up his arm. So Fulton goes to get help (well, more like Joan drags him away to get help. He's lost an eye and is in the process of losing an arm; he's halfway dead). Remember the roommate from before? Well he's a med student and also the only other person Fulton even slightly trusts. So he and Joan wake Aleksi up in the middle of the night and get him to do emergency surgery on Fulton which includes amputating his demon arm. Luckily it works and Fulton survives! And due to the whole saving-Fulton's-life thing and also the roping-Aleksi-into-breaking-school-rules-if-not-laws thing and the Fulton-still-needing-medical-care thing, Fulton and Aleksi are now really close. After Fulton is recovered somewhat, you might expect him to have learned his lesson and get out of the occult stuff right? Wrong he's right back into it (tho on his own this time). Somehow he convinces Joan and Aleksi to help him with it (aka Joan is doing it cuz she was already kind of weird and also as his girlfriend she's in straight love with him and Aleksi is doing it cuz he's in gay love with him (and has been the whole time)). Things go OK for a while; Fulton figures out that the possession permanently changed him by giving him a weird red and yellow eye and also residual minor demon powers, Aleksi is down so bad that he will literally do anything for Fulton (including killing), all three of them are still hated by everyone. At some point Joan convinces Fulton that he should appreciate Aleksi more, and Fulton, inexperienced at being nice to people, way overdoes it, and Aleksi misinterprets this and makes a move on him, which Fulton rejects but is super chill about. After a while the cultists who got away start rebuilding their numbers and since Fulton hasn't like. taken over the world or even come after them again they decide they can take him and start trying to get him and Joan. A lot of this they're able to dodge because Fulton keeps sending Aleksi to do his dirty work and the cult doesn't know about Aleksi. But eventually they decide that for their safety they need to get out of there, so they move like halfway across the country. Aleksi wants to go with them but Fulton (super into this new caring-about-his-friends thing) convinces him to stay and finish his medical degree cuz he's literally only got a year left. The story gets a lot less developed from here on but what I've got is after that year Fulton Aleksi and Joan meet up again and basically continue what they were doing before; however Aleksi is a doctor now so they have money. Fulton is still really into the caring-about-his-friends (well. friend. singular.) thing but is REALLY bad at it and keeps encouraging Aleksi's unhealthy infatuation with him. Eventually Joan convinces him that he's making things worse and being kind of manipulative half the time (also she tells Aleksi to go get laid which doesn't fix him but it helps, especially after he gets a steady boyfriend). And Fulton over time kind of learns and gets better at like. not being fucked up and evil. Yeah like I said not super developed here. But that's Fulton for you.
