KellyAnn - or just "Kell" - has had a relatively easy life and she's the first to admit it, though she doesn't rub it in. Being both a little happy-go-lucky and eager to please makes her both the bane and highlight of her girlfriend, Myka's, life. Side note: the yellow/green/white letterman jacket is Myka's (she wears it more often than the dealer does).

She grew up in Binghamton, like her parents, John and Sarah, and their parents before them. Her maternal great grandparents immigrated from Ireland as children and met when her great grandfather was doing repairs on one of the university's buildings and her paternal great grandparents moved to Binghamton early in their marriage. They say it takes a village to raise a child and it seemed like the whole town of Binghamton was looking out for Kell in her childhood. Shop owners knew her by name, older teachers had known her parents and grandparents (and judged her accordingly), and neighbors did their best to keep her out of trouble. Not that Kell was trouble, but she certainly thought she was invincible. In elementary school, Kell managed to break both arms and an ankle (separately, of course) and took balls to the face so often it was rare to see her without a black eye. She often busied herself sneaking into fields and pastures that she had no business playing in, and occasionally found herself lost in the wooded areas around town (she always found her way home). KellyAnn threw herself into anything and everything headfirst and with reckless abandon. If we're being completely honest, her parents were surprised that she made it to teenagerhood, but ever so proud of everything she accomplished.

High school became a different beast for the Binghamton native: suddenly, looks and friends mattered more than pranks and grades. Kell was at a loss when her best friend - and first crush - pushed her aside in favor of their school's star quarterback in their junior year of high school. At first, Kell wasn't certain what had made the pain of this so strong, she'd certainly lost other friends in similar manners. It hit her on orientation night of her freshman year of college, when she caught a glimpse of scholarship-driven Myka Spalding in all her Bearcats glory: she was gay. Kell may have loved watching exy, but more than that she loved watching the way that Spalding moved.

Myka was athletic, lithe like a cat: KellyAnn became her biggest fan. Every game found Kell in the bleachers, sporting green and yellow face paint and carrying signs that painted out her love for the Bearcats' star dealer. Spalding was scarcely impressed and irritation was painted on her face more than anything else every time she spotted Kell's banners in the stands. When Myka finally approached KellyAnn about it, she was brash and intolerable; Kell felt her heart swell with a need to know the dealer. Somehow, miraculously, this sprouted into a relationship. Kell now receives a kiss after every game rather than dirty looks from the exy pitch.
