Covered in furs and dressed for the cold, it's likely this lelumic individual lives in an insolated location where winters can be ferocious. Or, perhaps, this is simply their sense of style. They wear a mawed - or broken - face mask with clear lelumic symbolism on the forehead. It is unlikely they live in civilization.

Works as a trusted messenger of the North (North America: Alaska/ Yukon) for individual lelumics of high status. Glacius rarely deals with cults and does not seem to want to either... unless the pay is good.
