Áine struggles greatly with academics and magic. It feels like it takes her three times as much effort to do what every other student seems to do naturally. She somewhat resents her constant assignment partner, Luc, for seeming to be able to do all that she does without even trying. She believes strongly in the history of the magic Patrons, and that taking them down would surely free the magic for everyone. She's dedicated to finding the Patrons and killing them, but doesn't know that Luc herself contains a Patron within her. Her story revolves around reconciling her feelings around learning that the Enemy Is People Too, and History Is Told By The Victors, and Also You Like Girls Now Too.
