commissions TOS:
Payment:
-Payment is only received through Paypal.
-For the sake to avoid scams, I only start on the piece after payment is received.
-I only take USD (United States Dollars).
-in order to pay, i use an invoice system. (sometimes)
Refunding:
-I will offer a refund if you spend 2 months waiting and i have not gotten to the outline yet. This is as I might not be able to tackle commissions immediately, as I have a busy schedule.
-If the commission is not finished and you need a refund (EX. emergency from lack of money), I will allow one if you dm me. However, if the commission is finished, it is not allowed.
Overall:
-I have the right to decline your commission if it personally makes me uncomfortable to draw (this does not happen often).
-Please request what you would like to be drawn before the payment to avoid complexities if a refund is needed.
-If asked, I will send a WIP of the lineart before the coloring stage. This will be the only time to change anything on the commission.
For you:
-Do not use my art for any commercial purposes (making money off of my art). For example, putting it on T-shirts, reprinting not for personal use, adding it into a game...etc. My art must only be used for commission purposes.
-Once the commission is finished, I will send it through a discord link for higher quality. However, do ask if you prefer another way.
-Please, just be a little patient with me! I am busy student and I work so I have 2 seconds a day to work on commissions! (I also sometimes struggle with motivation because. mental illness LOL). but thank you for your patience!! KEPP THIS IN MIND IF YOU COMMISSION ME.
