She can seem outwardly cold but her voice is warm and her advice is often greatly sought after.  She uses her talents as a fire mage to embue items with heat for a short amount of time for those in her village preparing to travel.  If you ever find yourself in the same room as her, you will notice an unatural warmth in the air.  Khiel may have a resting bitch face but she is probably one of the nicest women you will ever meet.  She's very kind, very understanding and open, but she's also willing to give tough advice when needed.  Unfortunately, not many people can look past her face so they never talk to her.
