GENERAL ADOPT T.O.S

By buying/obtaining any design by me you agree to all of the terms of service listed below. Failure to comply will result in a blacklist or warning.

Purchasing

• When confirmed I’ll ask you to dm me your PayPal email to confirm purchase.
• I do NOT have a personal PayPal account, therefore the account the money transferred will not be under MY name. However know the user you send the money to is of someone I personally ASKED to do this for me. I have given consent and together we decide on how the money will be transferred in other ways to me.
• I only accept USD payment through PayPal.
• After purchase has been sent though and cleared I then will provide all transparent pngs that may come with the design.
• Holds may be allotted for a week at most. If broken/you are not commutative in that time I will put the design up again for offer and you may NOT ask for holds from me.
• Do not trade, sell, or gift my designs to blacklisted users. Doing so will result in an immediate blacklist yourself.
• Once purchased sales are final.

Reselling/Trading/Gifting

• Reselling is allowed
  • You may not resell the adopt for more than what you paid. You may not raise the price to account for personal art, only commissions you payed for
• Trading is allowed, note the value of the design does not change from the trade.
• Gifting is allowed, value rules is of the same as a traded design.

Ownership

• I retain all legal rights to my designs, because of this, my adopts are for non-commercial use only unless you purchase separate commercial use authorization from me. 
  • If you wish to use the design for commercial purposes, I require contact on either Toyhouse or Discord to discuss as this is a base by base situation. Without permission granted by my you may NOT use the design for commercial purposes.
  • Once you buy the adopt it's yours to use as you please for non-commercial purposes automatically.
• You may NOT claim to be the creator of the design, only the owner of the character. 
• Credit me as the creator of the design when using.
• Please do NOT post early work in progresses of anything to a public space unless discussed prior. I’d prefer it to be not posted until it is finished.

Editing

• You are free to make minor edits to your adopt as you please as long as the adopt is still recognizable. 
  • i.e: Gender,Hair color/length, eye color, skin color, clothes, etc.
  • Story and what you do character wise is up to you, they are free to be whoever you want them to.

RAFFLE ADOPT T.O.S.

• Free raffle designs all have a monetary value of zero.
• You may not resell raffled designs without extra purchased art, NOT personal art. The value of the design is then however much the purchased art cost.
• Trading is allowed note the value of the design does not change from the trade.
• Gifting is allowed value rules is of the same as a traded design.
