  3. if i ever break your t.o.s., it's 99% likely that i didn't know and didn't mean to. if you let me know that i've done that, then i will try my best to not do it again, but i understand if you block me for it. my memory is not good and it's hard to remember multiple different t.o.s.'s from every single person i'm following.

  4. i usually forget to check the t.o.s.'s from people who buy from me. so if you buy a design from me/commission me and then i do something that goes against your t.o.s., it's probably because i haven't read it. i struggle to remember to read t.o.s.'s belonging to people that i do one-time transactions with.
