Hello and welcome to my TH page! I have some TOS to go over, Please read them! I will assume you have read my TOS if you get a design / art from me

!! If you have an issue with my art / my art makes you uncomfortable, please just block me! Negativity / digs at my art and style really get me down, so it’s definitely better to just block me, thank you <3 !!

If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it at all

- if you have a real issue with me and my art, my emails are always open for questions, comments Ect, I will always hold a professional and friendly stance towards any issue so don’t be afraid to reach out to me

Firstly

In reference to my designs, if I have traded you one of my designs, they now belong to you, this means that you can :

- Change and alter their design however you please

- Change and alter the gender

- Change and alter the species

- Re-Trade The design.

This also means that you cannot 

- Commercially use my designs 

- Claim my designs to be your own

- Remove my watermark from any of my designs / art they may come with

- Use my designs in a hateful manner 

- Delete my designs, if you delete one of my designs, it no longer belongs to you and I will relist it for trade. If you really don't want a design, send it back to me. 

- Please never, ever resell my designs, ever. I am very strict with this, and I will know if you try to resell it. This rule is fine if you buy a design from me, but only resell for a similar value. you may add worth to a design through art, but keep it fair. IF YOU GET A CHARACTER/DESIGN FROM ME, CONSITING ENTIRELY OF MY OWN ART, IT GAINS NO EXTRA VALUE. DO NOT SELL A DESIGN WITH ART FROM ME (This rule does not apply to {Commissioned pieces, Owed/trade pieces Or anything outside of personal art. If you have a question about character value, DM me.}) 

If you see anyone using my designs in the wrong manner, let me know ^^

failure to comply with these terms results in a blacklist and a block. In bad cases, a beware.  

TOS, in reference to my art

YOU MUST ALWAYS CREDIT ME, I PREFER IF YOU CREDIT MY INSTAGRAM Sleepy Baby () • Instagram photos and videos BUT TH IS ALRIGHT <3 , When tagging me on a platform I am not on, use my instagram link, please

If I have drawn art for you, through commission or trade, you can :

- Use the art as a profile picture/banner/wallpaper ect. anything like that. 

- Put my art on TH 

- Post the piece finished for you on social media, just tag me <3

you cannot:

- Use my art in a hateful way

- Claim my art as your own

- Remove my watermark from the art

- Edit my art

- Use my art in a commercial way, (Just don't sell something with my art on it, unless you have comm's me specifically for that, in which just credit me. )

if you are unsure on anything, dm me with the question, not just hi, I won't respond. 

Commissioning me / getting a design from me means you have read my TOS, and thus you agree to: 

- The finished piece being posted on my social media, I will always credit you as the owner
