by owning my designs, you agree to these tos.
- must credit my toyhouse account at 777Valkyrie.
- you may make changes to my designs. if you are not sure how much, you can ask. just do not make it unrecognizable/extremely edit it.
- if you would like to transfer a design to a closed species, please ask first.
- my designs are for personal use only. none of my designs may ever be used commercially.
- no designs by me are ever purchased for usd/irl currency. my designs have no irl currency/monetary value until paid (irl currency) art is added. online currency: my designs can only be free/traded/sold for up to the original currency amount without conversion, since the original designs have absolute 0 monetary value until paid art is added. once paid art is added, a conversion rate of 1c$ = $0.05usd may be applied.
(ex. paid $10usd for art, character worth = $10usd + converted currency.) - my designs cannot be resold for more than they are purchased, unless paid commissions are added to change the value. if it was free/traded, no value is added, and may be free/traded again. if it was obtained in the form of an online currency*, it only holds value in the form of the currency they were originally obtained and cannot be converted to anything else until paid art is added to change the value**. don't attempt to profit off my work.
(*this includes but is not limited to chicken smoothie c$ and/or flight rising gems/treasure. **see above usd example.)
if you ever decide you don't want the character anymore or want to delete them, i will gladly take them back!
