     |  Kyanite, Aka, "Ash"Written by me, and Kawaiimarshmallowkit! ^^ Ash is a humanoid male, he is a magical, mystical creature whose DNA is around 10-20 % fox. His face is bare from fur, but around the area where his sideburns start, is wild hair growth that seems a bit more on the fur side. It makes him look like he has a lion's mane. This isn't the only place with fuzzy hair growth, his arms also have a fuzzy appearance, along with his belly and legs. His legs have a slight canine bend to them, it's a dead giveaway that he is not fully human. This is why he wears baggy clothes, he would like to blend in better with humans than to be seen as part "Wild" And the fact he is part fox bothers him a lot, it alienated him, and he wonders if he is more "feral" than a normal human. But these thoughts seem to melt away when he sees a bird outside, and it fully catches his attention. Ash comes from an extremely wealthy family that wanted a designer baby. They had a catalog of different, strong, animals and consulted with a friend who worked in a fertility clinic that they wanted a perfect athletic child. They had in mind that perhaps they could have a unique, strong, handsome child if he were 2% buffalo, or possibly 1% lion. And this child would make them proud and bring them fame because while they were wealthy, they were not famous. They had big dreams of being in sports magazines, proudly beaming at their strong, famous son. Because if this child were a teeny tiny part wild animal, he would be a lot stronger than other boys, right? And if the child didn't make it to full term, they could always try again, they thought. And so, the couple became pregnant, and behind closed doors quietly and secretly altered their unborn son's DNA with the help of a friend in the fertility clinic. Only, by mistake, instead of altering his DNA to be 1% lion, he accidentally altered the child's gene's to be 20% fox. And so Ash was born, a little hairy baby with a set of pointed human ears, fangs, two fox ears, a long bushy tail that extended from his human tailbone, and the evilest, slit, yellow eyes. And his parents were horrified. They made no announcement of Ash's birth and no grand party was held, they simply told the family that Ash had died during childbirth. And they hid him away and had three other children without DNA altering. Ash lived a boring life sheltered away, his parents felt they were giving this monster a great life because they didn't lock him away in some basement, he was locked away in his own room! They were extremely strict and chose some hobbies for him to keep busy because they feared he would turn on them and "maul" them both if they did not. Ash was a bookworm and dreamed of getting out of this house and going on adventures and actually meeting some friends who would love and accept him, and maybe, if it's not too much to ask, even think he was cool. He believed in magic, unicorns, fairies, and other creatures just like him. The lack of love and attention weighed on him heavily, as he treated these fantasy, rose-tinted stories as real if he could just get out. His favorite story was the hunchback of Notre Dame. And once he turned 18, he thought of this as the perfect time to get out. Sneaking out of his room and swiping an expensive dagger, baggy clothes, and some food and set on his way, never to look back. Ash completely cut contact with his parents and siblings.
