I was wondering, is there a way to modify the code, so instead of socials there's mini pride flags?

When you have problems with the code you need to be more specific right from the start!
As far as I see from your profile, you used WYSIWYG and it broke the code (disappearing of duotone icons is a common sign of it). You need to take a clean version of the code and edit it using code editor only with WYSIWYG turned off.
