Persephone (cat sona)

A free spirit running from the past she burned to the ground, with paws stained in blood.

Persephone was born into a family of "royal" cats. After the world collapsed animals rose to take the place of humanity, and all the sins along with it. Her family was vain, terrible, abusive, and addicted to gluttony. 

When she was younger, they'd praise her, tell her she'd be a worthy successor. As she grew up she was disgusted and appalled, and her distaste for her family turned them on her.

At one and a half years old she had enough. Under a crescent moon she killed all of them, convinced it was for the greater good. She burned down the church they lived in, and fled far away. She now lives in an abandoned train, spending her days running along the tracks and tortured by her past actions. She's convinced any sort of society structure is bad, and that she's better on her own, until undead cats start appearing and she has to join one of the three groups of cats that control the city at the end of the train tracks...
