Naomi Hughes

Overview 

A seemingly average looking girl who can be described as quirky, opinionated.... insane. She's a Fujoushi who spends a lot of time watching anime, and even more time writing gay fanfiction about her favourite shows.  She has her day job as a office worker, and people there think she's so normal, but when she gets home and is hanging out with her roommates, things get wildly nerdy.

Backstory

Since Naomi was a kid, she's always been a leader type.  From organizing kids in her class into lines to leave, to taking charge of chores at home, she's always taken charge of her life.  By the time that she was coming near the end of elementary school, she found a passion in anime, and her interests helped attract her to a bunch of other kids with similar interests, and so when she started Junior high, she created the first ever anime club there.  She loved this new lifestyle, even if being a bit of a nerd meant that she wasn't taken so seriously by some of her peers, and her group was picked on from time to time.  She became best friends with a girl named Tara who ended up being her right hand girl in the anime club, and by high school they also forced another girl, Leia, to join their ranks, mostly from Naomi, who saw Leia was being picked on and  took her under her wing to keep her safe.   By the time high school came around, she was not taking anybody's shit.  She has no problem standing up to bullies over any of her girls being picked on, and has almost gotten in some fights over her overwhelming justice. 

Now that she's graduated, she took a year course in accounting, knowing that she wanted a job to keep her stable, even if it wasn't the most exciting of jobs, and now she works hard 9-5, and then does all her anime stuff on evenings and weekends.  She lives in a cute apartment with both Tara and Leia, and they have anime nights almost every weekend and hang out together, watch the new episodes of shit that came out etc. Her favourite genre ofc is yaoi, but she does follow all anime, but is picky about ones that she decides to recommend to people. She gets told all the time by people to become a real writer because her writing is amazing but her only interest is specifically erotic fanfiction so she doesn't want to pursue an actual writing job. 

Misc Facts

• Has a following for her writing erotic fanfictions online.
• Wears anime accessories sometimes but never full on weeb clothes (she'd never wear like a shirt with a big sailor moon logo on it but shed have like a phone case or a necklace or something)
• She can't draw but she pays money to artists online to draw fanart of her fav couples.
• Can read some Japanese, self-taught to learn to read some manga/Doujinshi that she gets ordered from Japan.

Not sure where I want to go with Naomi right now but I'm open to her having new anime friends or possibly a boyfriend? She's a pretty strong independent personality though so it would take a bit before she would decide it would be worth it to keep somebody around like that. Somebody to make her heart go all dokidoki.
