Personality:
A sensitive fella who is often in tune with their emotions a little too much.
They are incredibly loyal and loving to those they care about and trust, often going out of their way to make sure their loved ones are taken care of. They are also quite polite, always making sure to be respectful to those around them. He is very polite. He will do just about anything (as long as it's not sexual) to make sure nobody is mad at him. He wants to gain everyone's trust and to be treated like a person, not as a pet. If he thinks he has done something wrong, he will freeze up and ask for forgiveness profusely. This makes his wings and tail feathers puff up.
He often doesn't eat unless offered. They enjoy the simple things in life, such as snacking on skittles, strawberries, and other treats when available.
Appearance:
He has white peacock feathers on his head, a white peacock tail and wings of a peacock. They (sometimes) wear a white suit coat over their light blue button up shirt. They always wear gender neutral or feminine clothes. He wears dresses at times.
He is about 6 feet tall with light skin. They are a bit too thin for their health. They have tired looking eyes with light blue sclera and white pupils. They have slightly messy, light blue hair with one braid on each side. There is a ponytail on the back of his hair.
Mark on face is not optional.
Abilities:
Hibiscus, if in the situation where he needs to defend himself or somebody close to him, can take one of his feathers and turn it into solid metal.
He can only do this so often or else he'd collapse out of exhaustion. He can also turn his whole (fanned out) tail into metal, but that would cause him to black out near instantly. (Though if he gets the chance before he blacks out, e could cut someone in half with his tail in this state.)
This is a last resort though, given he is a pacifist.
