General Rules
- Do not steal, copy, trace, recolor or heavy reference my designs. inspiration is okay.
- Feel free to make minor changes, but keep them recognizable. feel free ask me if you’re unsure about any design changes.
- Turn existing characters into closed/open species, but you need to contact me first!
- Please do not claim my designs as your own, if you post them outside of toyhouse credit me at least once is required.
- Please do not delete a character without telling me first!
- Co-ownership/sharing is okay. no need to contact me!
- Will only hold adoptables for max 1-2 weeks (or longer if agreed upon). If you do not respond or pay within that time frame you will lose your claim of the adoptable and it will go back up for offers again.
RESELLING, TRADING & GIFTING
- You are allowed to resell/trade/gift my designs.
- You may only resell the design for the price paid for + the total of commissions bought or for a lower price.
- Personal art and/or gifts do not count as resale value for my designs.
- If one of my designs are gifted or traded they have no value to them. so you are not allowed to sell them for any price.
- Gifted/traded/freebies may not be resold, you may only do so if you have paid for art of the design.
NOT ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
- Use my designs for illegal content. (pedophilia, incest, etc.)
- Use my designs to make hateful content (homophobia/transphobia, racism, etc.)
- Do not use my designs for nft/ai purposes.
