Overview
Yomi Hondou is a ballet instructor and the wife of Taiga Hondou. Talkative and has a zany sense of humor, she is seemingly never run out of any topics for some icebreaking. Being one of the regular patrons of Sentakuru, she and Kei got acquainted with each other for a somewhat long time. They also like to share stories and gossips whenever they meet due to being in the same neighborhood network. She also likes to tease him about his love life, much to Kei's chagrin.
Contrary to her fondness of cheesy romantic novels, sappy soap drama, and talking about such topics, Yomi is a realist when it comes to her own romance. She does not fantasize about having a fairytale relationship as she has already passed that phase and married her longtime boyfriend. She loves her family dearly and genuinely wants the best for their well-being. However, sometimes she rules the home with an iron hand, to the point that her kids think of her words as absolute and her husband rarely ever wants to get a problem with her.
