Hearth is a friendly creature, often times becoming a guide for lost people, simply by the flame on their head. For pokemon, they have a small, cozy tavern, that will take in those in need and the wounded.
However, their appearance can be frightning to some and valuable to others, having them react quite aggressive towards anyone who hunts them or corners them, and rather fearful towards those who are scared of them.
Hearth sometimes appears to be somewhat "not alive" at times, but very well is alive, just very quiet, preferring actions over words.
