Ring leader is an artificial copy of the CEO. He was raised by the company as a whole and knows no parents. He's purposely grown to not have much ambition of his own and only the ambitions that the company gives to him. Due to him being unable to wish he is also not able to use the artifact found in heavens ring, and the reason why he's most trusted.
