$15 or art's Ownership

I will usually make sure everyone who owns my designs past 2022 is aware of my terms of service from now on

• Credit me for the design when you can! Feel free to also show or tag me in art of them as I would love to share it around ^-^
• Any art I've done for free/trades/commissions can be valued at what my usual estimate for that type of art would be. I barely have time to draw so I preferably don't want it to be for nothing haha. However if the OC I drew calls for the designers terms of service to be followed above mine, then you can value my art at what would be appropriate.
• If you obtained the oc for whatever circumstances, may it be free/trade/bought, you may resell as long as there’s an art collection with it.
• Must have toyhouse, do not sell my designs offsite! I cannot verify any new owners if this happens. If they want a toyhouse code, please dm me and I'll find a code for them
• If you private them please give me an access key! Please don’t delete them either. 
• Breaking the tos will result in me never doing business with you again and adding you to a blacklist. I have the right to revoke OCs if you did not pay for them and broke my tos. If there has been new art added to them after it has been out of my hands however, I do not feel it is fair to revoke it but I will still blacklist you and not do any business with you in the future
