horrible little bell demon :)

eo/ota unless/until my brain fits it in somewhere~

• Can possess the ribbons and use them as arms
• Can unfurl seemingly limitless number & length of extra ribbons from under ‘skirt’
• Regardless of lighting, under the ‘skirt’ is dark and indistinguishable
• Bounces forward in an unstable side-to-side motion rather than walking (jingling the whole way of course)
• Echoey, giggly little voice
• The bells at its legs can sprout into zombielike ‘clones’ if cut off
• ‘Pupils’ are motionless like an owl’s, and are not always visible
• Its little head can turn/spin/roll in any/all directions and remain attached
