Vincent usually twirls strands of hair that are on their face, especially when thinking. Additionally, Vance puts their hair behind their ear, even if it has already been placed there. Vance often uses their rings to fidget, usually by either spinning one of them or taking it off and putting it on, repeatedly. It is also a habit of theirs to look up when thinking and tap their fingers or foot, which is something Vance does when they are anxious. Sometimes, when they laugh, especially if it's a bit excessive, Vance may occasionally cover their mouth with their hand. They are also quite expressive with their facial wings, which cover their face when embarrassed or if it is required.
Communication skills
As for their communication skills, Vincent is considered more of a listener but usually speaks quite eloquently. They are patient and soft-spoken, especially with children, always ensuring that others understand what they are saying. However, due to being somewhat of a "yes-man", Vance can have a harder time when going against an authority figure or imposing their own opinions, which usually is very anxiety-inducing and causes them a lot of self-doubt. Additionally, Vance always talks with their hands, especially if they are excited. However, once they start feeling stressed, it becomes more intense.
Showing affection
Although Vance is more reserved, their love language is quality time and acts of service. They like to spend time with people, even if it is just reading a book. Their presence provides them comfort, and just being there is more than enough. Vincent enjoys creating special moments, which are usually small because they prefer calm events with a smaller group of people. Additionally, Vance goes to great lengths to help and support others, usually by taking care of them and their responsibilities, even if it isn't required, making sure the person feels appreciated and at ease.

Vincent's facial features are soft and round, with chubby cheeks, a smaller but round nose, and oval eyes with a natural upward lift at the outer edges. Their eyes are generally gentle and calming, but have a certain deceitful look to them. Vance has plenty of beauty marks on their body, with the most noticeable ones being located on their face and hand, but they may also be found on their back, collarbone, and arms.
Vincent has a very strict wardrobe, always following a pastel color palette. They prefer more sophisticated clothes over their own comfort to keep up with appearances. However, it doesn't mean they don't like the clothes they pick, which are usually carefully selected due to their refined taste. Vance loves to wear jewelry and always makes sure to have some on, especially if they are meaningful.

Fighting style
Due to their lack of training, Vance isn't a good fighter, especially because of their merciful heart. Vincent believes that every soul is precious and deserving of a second chance, and they usually try to see the bright side of things. Yet, when they were younger, Vincent took fencing classes, making them rather knowledgeable at it. Although they aren't very skilled in that area, Vance is good at keeping peace among the citizens of the kingdom. Nonetheless, they still have a big disadvantage in fights, immediately getting scared when there is actual combat.

Vance learned traditional swordsmanship during their teenage years while taking fencing lessons. Thanks to those classes, Vance improved their self-defense and, eventually, some offensive skills. Named after the personification of mercy in ancient Athens, Eleos is a weapon Vance doesn't want to wield with the intention of murder.
Threnody is a basic Halberd weapon given to knights or city guards. It is a long-handled pole weapon ornamented with fringed fabric plumes that combines the functions of both an axe and a spear. Vincent later gave their weapon the name "Threnody" in remembrance of the deaths and injuries they and others caused on the battlefield.
Vance's greatness when it comes to long-range battles makes this weapon well-suited for them. Dahlia, named after the flower, is a medium bow designed to fire its thorn arrows over great distances. As a result of Vance's love for floriography, "Dahlia" is a symbol of devotion, elegance, and prosperity. Although they are aware of the meaning behind black dahlias, they chose to pick it nonetheless.

Violin
Although they don't play it as much anymore, Vincent is still open to performing if offered the chance to do so. It is a normal wooden violin with their name carved on it and the date of when they got it, which they make sure to do on every violin they've ever had.
Flute
Unlike the violin, Vance began to learn it later in life after watching someone else play it and then discovering a new interest. While the flute itself isn't important to them, Vance enjoys playing it more than the violin. It is a standard flute with a flower carved on its end.
Handkerchief
This handkerchief was a gift from their grandmother prior to her death. It has a beginner-level embroidered design with a flower on it, as it was the first time they had ever done it on their own. Vincent always keeps it on them as a good luck charm and the nostalgie it brings them.
Leo's ring
Gifted from Leonardo, it's a golden ring with floral images on it. The ring itself actually hides a love message from Leo to Vance, though they are unaware of it as it's hidden in a secret compartment. However, that doesn't make it any less important to Vance, who is always wearing it.

Affection
After Vance was saved by Leonardo during an attack arranged by the rebellion, they stayed under his care until it was safe for them to go. After Leo's act of kindness that might've saved Vance's life, they slowly began to form a friendship, growing their bond every day, which later on evolved into a romantic relationship. They'd spend as much time as they could together, loving one another, until Vincent was drafted and forced to fight in a war that Leonardo actively fought against. Although Vincent loves him and cherishes his company, which always brightens their days with his sweet smile and corny jokes, they were unable to betray their country. So Vance had a choice to make, and they chose to serve their country and betray the person they truly loved.

Vincent and Andreas aren't close, the only reason they even interact with one another is because of Leo. The two of them met after he noticed Leo was hiding something from him. When he found out about Vance, he agreed to keep their relationship a secret if, to ensure Leonardo's safety, he could supervise their interactions, which wasn't much of a choice due to Andreas' stubbornness. At first, Vincent tried to have some sort of friendship with Andreas, but he made it clear that he had no intention of being their friend. If anything, Andreas would've killed them a long time ago if it wasn't for Leonardo. Andreas' hostile personality makes Vance fear for their safety, especially when they are left alone. Although he usually shuts down their attemps, Vincent still tries to initiate peaceful conversations with them.
