A thug from Okinawa, came all the way to Kamurocho because his friend, Inui needed his help with getting used to the life in Tokyo. Being Inui part of the yakuza and Raiki being a friend who likes to help, he often runs errands for Inui, let it be taking strange packages to some shady people or even doing collection job, this makes Raiki to have an almost close relationship with the yakuza. Still, Raiki sort of misses the relaxed life he had back at Okinawa, and that feeling just became greater when he witnessed Inui murder a journalist, and thus dragging him into a conflict between the police force and the criminal life. The rest is yet to be told...

Raiki is a cunning and impulsive individual, being himself a thug, he can be quite seem as rude, and is kind of a hothead. He's got a tendency of being cocky and condescending towards new people, specially authority figures, which makes him end up in unpleasant situations. He's resilient and insisting towards his goals, and never gives up. Although he makes himself look ruthless, Raiki is a caring and loyal companion, his pride in what he believes is what makes him loyal to those he follows but he despises to show vulnerability or admit that he can be soft from time to time.

In terms of fighting, he prefers a head-on approach and has a sense of honor, as he does not enjoy an unfair win. He puts his all onto a fight, and he expects the enemy to do the same, winning because the oponent was going "easy" on him is as bad as just feeling humilliated to him, and if he loses, he prefers to lose to someone who gave it all in battle as well.

Raiki also has a tendency of sticking his nose into other people's business, big or small, it doesn't matter, he just likes to know what's going on, which often makes him get involved in a lot of situations, and if he has to help he will mostly, reluctantly, agree to do so. He enjoys helping people in the end and likes the praise he gets from it, despite his initial hesitation and prideful reluctance. Raiki is also a hopeless romantic, and is clingy, yet he hates showing affection in public, this side may only be seen by the one he might love...

Raiki is from Okinawa, Japan, but he's currently residing in Kamurocho. He's very proud of his homeland and even in Kamurocho, he keeps a laid-back, okinawan attitude towards people.

His fighting method resorts to using his bare fists. His fighting style is mostly street fighting combined with taekwondo. He focuses on being fast, going to the weak points of the human body, and on larger and stronger enemies, he makes them lose balance.
