Ghislain Belear

Hiiiii I don't know what universe he goes in yet but he's Very Good. Likes to tinker, of course, and makes amazing music boxes, but has awful vision-- the eyepatch actually functions as a magnifier and visual display, and he wears it over his "good" (read: slightly less bad) eye. Has a very smooth, pleasant voice.
