depends on price, and if im allowed to simplify or change things to make it easier to draw.

if youre trying for minimum price, with no ability to simplify or color shift then yes these would likely be rejected. if you know your characters might be too complicated/difficult to draw, then add extra money. it is pwyw but i only accept if i find the offer fair.

fratsersjel would be the most likely to be rejected. sega would be most likely to be accepted.

it depends. i usually will just offer them for ocs i want. sometimes friends will offer me things for a custom cause they know what i like.
