was named after her father because he was insistent on "whatever it is, first kid has to have my name" and now look at her. dishwasher. works with wes and co. grew up in chicago. doesn't really talk often unless she's talking to rafe because he always saves extra desserts for her rather than pawning them off to one of his tables. doubles as the restaurant maintenence crew—is happily paid in free meals. loves woodstock but she doesn't know his name so she calls him "the little yellow bastard." 

is somehow always wet when she's at work—the sink is a war zone. if a server doesn't fall for wes' chef aura, they always fall for tony's dishwasher mystique. religious user of flintstones multi vitamins to stay in tip top health. has arthritis and a bad ankle. eats ramen dry and chugs coke during her 'break'. not yet hardened by working in the service industry but she's getting there. has a pet chameleon named leonardo that is in very good shape.
