GROM's Ownership

By owning a design of mine you must agree to the Terms of Service! Breaking these rules multiple times will result in a blacklist. ➳ Please do not trade/sell my designs for more than the value you acquired them for (unless there are add-ons such as art! Gift art does not count if reselling.)! ➳ Refrain from reselling or trading one of my designs until you’ve at least owned them for a week. ➳ Do not delete the character file upon obtaining one of my designs. If there is a valid reason you must do this, inform me first via dms/inbox! I’d like to keep track of my designs. ➳ If my design has no monetary value (was not purchased with money and has no commissioned art, i.e was obtained in exchange for art), you may not sell the design. You may, however, trade or gift them. ➳ You may redesign one of my designs, where you may change a few traits and colors, as long as it is still recognizable as being the original character design. If this is done, you cannot sell/trade the original design and keep the redesign as a separate character. You may not redesign them into an open or closed species without asking via inbox first.
