Vinny is a dinaurian whose life story is as mysterious as his personality can be. He claims to wander between countries freely, despite the rising tension between many of the empires that claim to be enjoying peace. However, he is a citizen of none of them, and his visits never appear to bear a purpose other than idle fancy. Who he is and where he came from is a question that no one knows the answer to.
