A tiny troublemaker. Moira looks angelic and innocent, just like her mother in her younger days. However, that doesn't make an exception for shenanigans she makes on a regular basis. Playing prank, making a mess, and a throwing childish tantrum is something that she will do. However, she is easy to be reprimanded and not a disobedient child herself. Very excitable and curious, as well as easy to get along with others, making her can easily be family favorite. She is also rather talkative, if not downright noisy and pesky.

Moira resembles her mother greatly in terms of appearance. She has long pink hair, albeit longer and in a darker shade, styled into twin tails. Her eyes are big and dark red while her skin complexion is fair. She dons a pastel pink blouse underneath a pastel outer, short denim pants with frilly pink and beige accents, and pink jelly shoes.
