Rules

Hello Hello, Please read this before you look at any character you may wish to buy. 

 if I did not design the character, please look for the Terms of Serves from the designer. 

If i did design the character than please follow these rules

1: you have the rights to use for commercial use. 

2: you can't use my art to make prints, posters, NFT's and anything like that. you do however have the right to use your own art for such things or art you have permission to use in such things. 

3: you have every right to change as much of the design as you want. colours, species everything. 

4: it would be nice to be mentioned at least once when you 1st draw them but you don't need to mention me every time. 

5: if you wish to use the character in a TV show of your own or animation project or book to make money then I will need to be notified. 

6: if you want to, you can resell the character however you can't resell the character for higher than you paid unless you have commissioned/gifted artwork. or at least 5 original drawings by you. 

now for rules regarding the offers. 

characters in "offers" are split between "Easy, Medium and Hard" 

Easy characters I will accept low offers 

Medium characters i will accept higher q offers 

Hard characters means i am picky as f. 

If you wish to offer art, I will be picky. I like what i like. i don't care about getting a lot of art I care more about how it looks. If your art isn't something I like then i'm sorry. no amount of convincing will change my mind. 

if you do offer art and i accept but something happens (i.e; you need to put your full attention into something else and its taking time away from art you are doing for me) then please notify me. you do not need to go into details but a simple "Hi im sorry but things have come up and I can no longer produce art for this character) and I will accept it. 

If I feel like the art has taken a lot of time, I will send a message asking if you are still interested or not. if you do not reply to this I will send a 2nd message. failing to respond to this 2nd message will result in being blocked, blacklisted and the character put back up for sale. 

Free characters

before now, I used to allow people to obtain all the free characters once a year. but due to resent events I have disallowed this. you may still obtain more than one free character however you can no longer obtain them all in one sitting. you can however obtain some. and come back a few days later for more.
