Natasha is the kind of person you would expect to find partying her troubles away 24/7, 365 days a year. And for the most part, she is! A wanderlust spirit, she constantly seeks adventure and the oh-so-delicious rush of adrenaline it gives her, even going so far as to uproot herself every few years and move on. However, despite this constant state of restlessness, she is happy to make friends anytime and anywhere.
Fiercely loyal, once you gain her trust you will have it forever, through good times and bad. Her trust, however, can be broken… though not without taking a few hits. Sadly, she is often very excitable and can get quite loud when pumped up, a trait that her friends must endure fairly often if they wish to remain friends.

From the day of her birth, she has always been incredibly intense, scaring off many potential friends with her overwhelming enthusiasm for life and the pulse-pounding thrills therein. Thusly, the few friends she has she trusts with her life and will go above and beyond to protect them, even if it means sacrificing her own happiness.
Conversely, while she seems life of the party, Natasha definitely has some personality problems. She is openly and widely argumentative, whilst her stubborn nature leads her to absolutely loathe backing down from a fight… and speaking of fights, she gets into a lot of them. Naturally aggressive, she does not hesitate to use her fists to settle arguments and has gotten quite her fair share of injuries over the years. This is partly due to her fickle nature – what she’ll be completely fine with one minute will piss her off the next. She also hates being overshadowed – her musically gifted older brother Dante, while always kind and gentle with her, was the golden child, and despite his ever-present happiness and uncanny ability to make people laugh, she still resents him a tiny amount – though not even close to as much as her parents.

Raised in a relatively introverted household as a bouncy, bubbly, explosive child, Natasha was always viewed as the odd one out – the “weird one”, the “different one”, you know the sort of thing. With destructive temper tantrums and an overall fiery personality, Natasha was constantly singled out for scoldings and blamed for many broken objects even when out of the house.

Elementary school was no better, as her overly enthusiastic nature overwhelmed teachers and students alike. She meshed easily with the troublemakers of the class, the athletic boys who loved sports and rarely focused on schoolwork. Wishing to be seen as cool herself, Natasha began to slack, leading to more scolding at home… and more scolding… and more scolding. Eventually, Natasha became so desensitized to her parents’ berating she barely listened to them and would only hear out her brother Dante.
Her friendships with the so-called troublemakers instilled her with a great love of sports, and she is very athletic - knowing how to play most if not all ball sports, with an affinity for football in particular.

However…

As she grew older and entered her teenage years, the fights with her parents became an almost daily occurrence, and she started getting bullied for her still-explosive temperament and losing more and more friends. In a desperate bid to help his sister, Dante managed to convince them to move to another town… fuelling Natasha’s desire for adventure.

Her junior high years, even in the new town, were less than sweet – getting into fights every other day was probably a large contributor. She has more than a few small scars from these fights, and will explain how she got them with pride.

And yet…

The fights got worse. And worse, and worse. Soon, Natasha was sending anyone who fought her to the school’s emergency room. Her confidence became arrogance, her aggression became dangerous, and she lost every last friend she had made at the start of the school year.

Eventually, the problems reached such a peak that when one oblivious (and in Natasha’s words, self-entitled) older boy decided to pick on her, he was almost hospitalized.
Natasha was reprimanded and punished by adults and children across the board, but instead of fixing her, the discrimination and hate only fuelled her anger. In a fit of rage, she broke almost all of her material possessions and refused to do schoolwork for a solid two weeks, until the terrifying grade slip forced her to at least start turning assignments in.

As you can see, it’s not all sunshine and roses when you’re Natasha Gasko.

The final straw was when she managed to get into a fight that left her almost hospitalized, with a broken nose and several broken ribs. (Or the cephaling equivalent.) After that her family moved to another city and Natasha started high school as a meek and reserved girl.

She immediately clicked with a boy who seemed just as explosive and passionate as she had previously been, and through their similarities they helped each other with their respective problems. Eventually she found out that this boy was a mechanic, but wanted to make weapons – and of course, this she had to see for herself. His mechanical skill astounded her, and instilled her with a great love of battling if it meant she could use his weapons.

High school progressed, and they started dating – though the relationship never went beyond hugs and hand-holding. In the end, Natasha broke it off, feeling that she was holding him back and that the spark was gone, though she unintentionally broke the boy’s heart… but perhaps it had been for the best, as soon after the breakup her friend got into a terrifying spat with his father and was forced to uproot and move in a week.

Her only friend gone, Natasha began to work tirelessly to earn enough money to join him in his new city. She has finally succeeded, and plans to meet up with her friend as soon as possible.
