i'm,, not sure, my apologies.
neptune is a much more tame version of aub. neptune is constantly dissociated, and practically numb. they are content with being numb, however.
aub k. neptune was my previous main persona. he was my primary from 2020-2024. now he has become a secondary. things change, life happens, and sometimes you need to put things out of your primary focus. and thats okay.

as for whatever had happened, if anything at all, they are never mentally grounded. they can't recall the past, and they can't feel emotions like a normal person should.
