Art/Design TOS:

Design Usage:

- Tbh, you can generally use the character however you'd like once owning the design

-For commercial use please contact me, I won't mind most things but a few things like merch and potentially streaming I may like to discuss with you to protect my rights as the artist and/or designer (Don't worry I won't get mad at you for wanting to use something commercially /u\ everything just varies)

- Designs may be edited and redesigned however much you like, though if heavily editing my artwork, just notify me beforehand please. (It throws me off to look at my art tab and see something edited randomly, plus sometimes I may wanna save a dup of the original art/design for my portfolio)

- Co-owning is allowed but I will NOT get involved if there ends up being any issues, I also do not mind if you re-upload a duplicate profile for co-ownership, feel free to mark me as the creator again for the dup tbh

Tradeability:

- You may Sell, Trade or Gift my designs, go wild

- Designs should not be sold for more than they are worth/cost. I can't stop you but like...please don't scam people-

- Gifted, Free, or Raffled Designs cannot be resold & can only be Gifted, unless more art has been added. (Unless you wanna swap a freebie for a freebie? But make sure not to break someone else's tos before doing that)

Other:

-You CANNOT add your own rules to my design when reselling/trading/gifting/etc. No 'tradebacks' or restrictions, my designs are meant to be free, don't put them ufo if you aren't ready to part(idm if you ask new owners to ping you tho)

-I do accept holds, but I have a max hold of 3 weeks! I'll follow up with you for a max of a 1 week extension, if the time is exceeded, the design will go back up, and I will send back anything that may have already been sent. (Unless it's for art, then I will check in with you at least once a month, if it exceeds 6 months with 0 updates, the design will go back up)

- I do not revoke characters unless you've attempted to scam me out of, or pretty much stole a character. So far I've never done it, let's keep it that way please.

- I do not blacklist users often, so let's keep it peaceful like that please 💜 

-Don't give my designs to anyone on my blacklist please
