Backstory: Born and raised in Nuvema Town, Rena is the daughter of an International Police member (Leon Vale) and an Alolan woman (Aria). From a young age, Rena looked up to her father and wanted to follow in his footsteps and become an International Police member. Her father was then KIA while on a mission on the Sevii Islands, which gave her a second purpose in life. Find his killer, and avenge him.

At age nine, Rena was attacked by a Houndoom while in a forest in the Johto during a trip to visit her grandparents. She was burned on her left arm by the Houndoom using Fire Fang on her arm and has had extreme cynophobia ever since.

Personality: Rena is usually pretty chill and just enjoys life. She's usually pretty confident, and sometimes acts without thinking. When it comes to Pokemon, wild or not, she'd help them out if they were in trouble or being abused. Callisto, however, considers the blonde somewhat of an idiot. The two are still friends though, for some strange reason. She 's also very competitive and enjoys a good battle.

Extra Crap:

-Rena really likes sweet food or food with potatoes, like store bought pierogies that have the cheddar and potato filling.

- Rena enjoying brushing Reshiram. It lets then bond and all that stuff.

-Her Liepard, Leo , is a freaking Yandare. He hates any boys that try to hook up with her as he thinks they're gonna take her away from him. He's fine with Coren though.

-Reshiram is very protective of her, but not Leo crazy

-Rena sometimes just sleeps outside sometimes and lets all of her Pokemon out so they can all sleep together since they all don't fit in her bedroom. She usually cuddles up with Reshiram or Thorn during these mainly because she trusts them the most. Also, cause the huge fluffy fire dragon is freaking warm in those cold nights.

-Rena loves plushies of her favorite Pokemon. Her favorite is one of Reshiram

-Originally a self-insert character, but kinda became her own thing. 

-Team was based off of my team from my second play through of Pokemon Black. All of her team is currently in Ultra Moon thanks to Pokémon Transfer + Bank
