• Once you get the character, you're welcome to change their design as you want, as well as add/change their personal info; the only exception to this rule is that you may NOT depict the character in any bigoted ways/subjects;

• If you eventually decide to RESELL the adopt, don't charge more than the price you paid on them UNLESS you add more art or any commissioned material to them; personal art does count, just go by your own comission sheet - that being said, let's not artificially inflate the price please 💀

• Currently my designs are for personal use only, as I still gotta give more thought on commercial use; I don't mind if you (the owner) decide to print the art that I made for the character, as long as it's still for personal use;

• I reserve the right to use any comissioned material/extra art from me in portfolios/comms examples;

• You can't sell them as NFTs. Hell nah bro;

• Please don't delete the character! Either give them to someone else or send them back to me, thanks!

• People in my blacklist should not receive my designs; I don't expect you to be constantly checking the list before trading the character, so it's absolutely alright if it happens on accident. I just hope we can avoid this when possible!

• By the moment you accept the character's transfer request, either by me or by previous owners, you'll be agreeing with these terms. Breaking these rules will result in an appropriate punishment for the matter, including being blacklisted. (Wow scary huh)
