This entity prefers the room to remain incredibly dark. They are quite the hoarder as stacks of papers, books, newspapers, and everything that has an inkling of information is piled up to the ceiling. I wouldn't even try going into the bedroom. You can barely even step inside. They require the daily newspaper and be sure to blow out the candle on your way out. This isn't the first time they almost burned down the hotel. Sometimes they loose their head. Good luck with that.
