She is one of many pillars... the 72 pillars of the Ars Goetia. No one other than her fellow pillars know her proper name as they are sacrificed among joining the Lesser Key of Solomon, it's not exactly a choice, more of a family thing each are expected to fall into when their 'Coming of Age' commences. Sunniva is no different. Sunniva had always studied the Eridian past, she'd go to the ruins and run her hand among the old architecture that once showed off the pride of the Eridians and their homeworld. She was also a siren too, making her intrigue on the old alien race all the more blatant; it didn't help that being a part of the Ars Goetia, she'd be gifted with the ability to hear the whispers and callings of a vault monster, though the monsters hibernate, they still speak their sleepy ramblings to their designated Goetia; and Sunniva's was the Destroyer, of course.”

The siren would spent most of her time scribbling down whatever interesting thing the Destroyer had to offer about vaults in its deep sleep, then passing the information to the treasured ‘higher-than-higher-ups’ such as Paimon, Vine or god forbid Beal. Though most was annoying illegible garbles the occasional chunk of gold among the rubble would show, Sunniva would smile, not celebrating with a large fiesta or with wine, she'd just smile. Goetias though being mostly secretive prided themselves amongst each other in feasts, they chose not to face modern civilisation with their knowledge for more than obvious reasons, they couldn't give up their kindred for exploitative corporations.

As for Sunniva herself, she was always heard before she was seen, her voice was not one of a tyrannical shreik nor of a hissing command; but rather of a booming voice yet slightly catering off to monotone. It was through this voice she delivered emotion, truths and lies, conversed with the other pillars and spoke the ancient tongue of the Ars Goetian language. A voice which if heard coils tremble Solomon. Despite this feature of Sunniva, she was quick to reward kindness with generosity, she cared, gifted and spoke of many stories to children as Sunniva’s views aligned with moral that they, no matter how troubled, should never be harmed. Sunniva’s heart was somewhat pure yet shrouded with the umbra of the Goetia, though they weren’t completely responsible for her grey values they had the upper hand of giving Sunniva apathy, the ideas of the occult and malefic. For this, Sunniva often challenged the Goetia, given the upper-hand of being higher in authority within the Lesser Key’s pseudomonarchy, they’d gather in the courtrooms to debate her matters, with Buné’s anticipating ears waiting for the next words to be spoken for him to scribe down. Though Sunniva had technically broken a Goetian rule by telling an outsider about her hearing the Destroyer's empty voice, most excused it after hearing the outsider in particular, Tyreen Calypso, has Nyriad's siren gift: The Leech. Nyriad had been responsible for the extinction of the Eridian race after the Eridians came to the consensus that they'd need to sacrifice themselves to lock the Destroyer away in its Vault. As for Tyreen's brother, Troy was a triton, a male siren, they are much rarer than sirens and favoured by the Goetia, as their leader was a triton too who had forged the Goetia in the days of yore, as the conclave puts it. The Goetia had treated Tyreen as if she had all of Nyriad's memories, and it certainly did not get better for her among finding out that she and her twin brother Troy had been born of Nekrotafeyo, the Eridian's homeworld. Sunniva waved off the other Goetia, using her influence on the Destroyer to somewhat orchestrate Tyreen to get her under Sunniva’s wing, and it worked too well but Sunniva didn't complain. Tyreen shared her ideas of becoming a god to Sunniva, and the Goetian siren had to stifle a laugh, it was just comical. Despite this, Sunniva agreed to help Tyreen and Troy after figuring out a somewhat symbiotic relationship. Sunniva's motivation behind helping the Calypso twins open the Great Vault and becoming 'Gods' was to either get rid of hearing the Destroyer's voice... or to hear what's happening in the twins' mind, with a fragmented personality and dynamic like the Calypsos, Sunniva could find them handy in using them as 'vessels' so she herself could control the Destroyer through Tyreen, additionally, the twins took whatever Sunniva said about the Destroyer as gospel, it would be all too easy to have them bend at her will without them even knowing, after all, it did work on Tyreen (the more hot-headed and stern of the twins), Sunniva could only think about the sudden uproar in power she'd receive as well as praises from the Ars Goetia. It was nothing personal, even though her and Tyreen have somewhat of a romance, but it was all to do with why the Goetia never reveals their secrets... it drives one into hysteria as it did the twins. Sunniva thought she was doing right by these methods as Tyreen and Troy’s hunger for power and grew as the Goetia indulged them with everything they wanted to hear: ‘you’ll be gods, I know it’. The homing planet of the Ars Goetia lays just outside of the Celestiea Eridia, safe from the reaching hand of corporations wanting to tap into their homeworld. A small planet with bountiful sweet fruits and precious stones, the atmosphere laced with the eternal scent of petrichor which grew bolder at night delivered to the Goetians by 2 moons… this is the planet of Anstrellus-2. In Anstrellus-2’s yearly winter solstice, the sun desserts for much longer, leaving the planet in the care of night, which in this annual event, a spectacle can be seen not too far away; a glowing cyan and blue ghost in the sky as a result of a fracture in its planet… the glowing ghost is gazed upon by the Goetia, as a remembrance of the fallen alien race, as the blue flume is the light of Nekrotafeyo itself.

II. Background

Sunniva, though her Goetian rank isn't as frightful as the others, holds an overwhelming amount of power within the Goetia.

She was the main catalyst to the 'Pandoran stampede'

It was lead by Sunniva and higher ranking Goetians as well as two other strangers who had no business dealing with Goetias. Sunniva had caught a siren of her own, a siren who took her words as gospel... like a child, that little leech was too gullible.

Sunniva had enjoyed being able to cause carnage in a place like Pandora, letting out her worst on unsuspecting bandits, and with the upper hand of her siren abilities, it was almost unfair.

Yet Sunniva had temporarily left her morals behind, back in Anstrellus-2. Here on Pandora, there were no bad guys. Sunniva was sure to get to the destroyer, and she'd more than happily betray Tyreen and Troy to do so.

III. Trivia
  • Sunniva, though it isn't really shown, has a soft spot for her daughter, Stolas.
  • In the Ars Goetia, Sunniva is a supreme president
  • Sunniva is the 58th member of the Goetia.
  • Sunniva had not consumed much eridium until she had explored Pandora
  • It is stated that Sunniva may of had a slight 'romance' with Tyreen.
