Upon purchasing any of my adoptable designs, you automatically agree to my Terms of Service. Please read it carefully because I will add all reported cases of violation into black list.
Also I will regularly update ToS and will only notify people if major changes are made.

✦ Auction rules ✦
- The winner has 24 hours to finish payment after my reply, otherwise the design will go to the second highest bidder or I will reclaim and re-open the auction.
- Please bid in chain: reply to my comment/the last bidder. If you bid outside this section it will not be counted and will be deleted after my note to prevent confusion for other bidders.
- Please consider your financial availability and your interest carefully before participating. I don't have enough energy to be patient so if you delete the bid during auction/back out before finishing payment without any certain reason stated you will have your name in blacklist.
✦ Set price rules ✦
- I will contact the person who claims first, if they do not reply within 24 hours or cannot finish payment in same required time I will turn the deal to second person, and so on.
- Please do not DM me without any claim on the design, there is nothing wrong with it I just tend to get confused easily.
✦ Payment ✦
- Paypal (USD) through invoice.
- Payment plans are available within 2 weeks.
- No refund.
✦ After payment, you will get ✦
For digital designs:
- All images included in the design’s TH gallery in full-res PNG format.
- PSD file of the character if required (not all designs have original PSD file so please notify me during transaction process)
For traditional designs:
- Full-body drawing of the character
- The character with transparent background (optional). If you wish to have this image it might take at least a day for me to clean up.
- Usually the drawings are available in scan version | 300dpi quality | PNG format. You can always ask me to raise the quality of the images to 600dpi (the files will be bigger) - again it will take some time for me to process.
✦ What you can do with the design ✦
- Anything non-commercial. This includes giving the character a backstory, personalities, using them for RPGs or making a non-profitable species.
- Upon purchasing the design with AB, you can use it for commercial purpose. This will include all graphic design products (except for some, you can read below). But please contact me before doing so.
- You can trade, gift, or resell. If there are additional artworks attached (either self-made or commissioned) you can raise resell price, otherwise it must be same or lower.
- You can re-design it as you like, even to the point of unrecognizable. But again it won’t be what you came for anymore so have fun with it :"D
*** You can claim the commercial rights for the character you bought from me anytime, so do not be worried if you can only handle the price below AB during auction/set price adoptables are open. ABs are 3 times of SB in auctions or SP in set price posts so the additional amount will be AB minus initial payment.
✦ What you can NOT do with the design ✦
- Use it for commercial purpose without AB unless stated otherwise in auction/set price notes.
- Use it as avatar for VTubers. I do not have any knowledge about this matter so just in case someone asks, that’s not available.
- ALSO DO NOT MAKE NFT OUT OF MY ART I WILL BLACKLIST YOU IF I FIND OUT.
- Claim it to be your own creation. The character is yours and you have all the rights attached with it, but I will always be the creator of the original design.
