1. commissions must be paid up-front
2. all free art that i make is worth 0 dollars; please stop trying to add it to character worth.
3. i can only refund if i haven't started drawing/only sketched rough ideas. half refunds after i have started refining the sketch, and if the image is already complete i won't refund anything.
4. if you have a history of ghosting/scamming people, i won't draw you anything. i don't care how much you've "changed".
