regal and standoffish, rococo is very much so trying to be its best possible self at all times - at least insofar as its 'best self' is kind of an asshole (albeit an intelligent and ambitious one). fixated on power and grace, its focus on communication is lacking - it doesn't actually intend to be cruel, it just doesn't think that hard about anything more than its presentation. a dancer by trade, it is highly sought after in the business for its beauty and how quickly it seems to pick things up - despite its apparent nature as just... not very nice.
