Hyper Pulsars have a 6 month retrade, regift, resell, and redesign cooldown. Attempting to trade, gift, sell, or redesign this Hyper Pulsar before the cooldown is over will risk this design being voided or repossessed by solarfar without refund or compensation. Owning a Hyper Pulsar means abiding by the species rules outlined in the Pulsar Discord and in the Google Doc (message solarfar for links). All redesigns must be approved by solarfar and transfer of ownership must be submitted for masterlist updates. This design's cooldown ends March 5th, 2024.
