Freebie rules

First my simple tos rules that everyone must follow

1. Dont delete my designs off of toyhouse for ANYTHING

2. Do not private my designs

3. dont sell or take my designs off of toyhouse

3. dont use my adopt for gross stuff or nfts

So here is the catch. You have ONE week to move the oc you get from unsorted to a folder. You have TWO months to make one art piece for the character you adopt. Can be a just a paper headshot sketch to a colored fullbody just ANY piece of art. Cannot be base or ai made, traced, or made on a game or app It has to be hand drawn if you draw em but leave em in unsorted ill let it slide. I wont try to take the character back once it has art.

I wont let the art slide though 2 months come and no art them in taking the character away

If you fail to meet ANY one of the two deadlines the character will be revoked from you and i will ask you to send them back. You will have to follow the rules and do so

After you draw them you have complete ownership of them and can do what ever you want with the character.

You cannot trade, resell them, or give them to anyone for free until you make art of the character. if you dont want them any more and they dont have any extra art added you can only send the character back so that the next person who gets them will also have to follow and be given these rules.

Also for the one person who took a freebie just to try and sell it you must have the character for two weeks before it can be resold and it must have one extra peice of art

And if you are going to just take a freebie to try and sell it right after you get it kindly fuck off. Ya'll piss me off. Yes you can resell em but dont take em with the purpose of just to resell em 👿

If you dont like or agree with the rules then you dont have to get one of my ocs. my rules are my rules to enforce my ocs getting used.

If you agree with my rules please tell me in your comment that you agree. i will not send em over if i dont have your agreement to the rules
